You may use PS99Dice only if you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use services of this kind in your jurisdiction. You use the Services voluntarily and are responsible for understanding your own legal rights and obligations.
Account balances
Balances and inventory are account records used by the service. Never treat them as guaranteed cash, an investment, or a promise of profit.
Accounts
Certain features require an account. You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Alternative or duplicate accounts are not permitted. Registration may be accepted or refused at our discretion.
Lawful use
You are solely responsible for complying with all local, national, and international laws that apply to your use of the website and in-game items. You may not use the Services for illegal activity, fraud, exploitation, manipulation, abuse, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
Game rules, fees, and house advantage
Games may include a disclosed house advantage, payout adjustment, or settlement fee. Coinflip and Color Dice currently apply an 8% settlement tax to winnings. Other games generally use a house advantage within approximately 1โ8%. Contact support for additional rule information.
Transfers
Deposit and transfer requests use unique queue IDs and may remain pending while delivery is retried. Do not repeat a pending request. Contact the site operator if a transfer appears delayed or incorrect.
Third-party platforms

Suspension and termination
We may refuse service, suspend access, cancel activity, or terminate an account without prior notice when we reasonably suspect misuse, rule violations, fraud, exploitation, or a breach of these Terms.
Intellectual property
Site software, branding, text, graphics, and other original materials belong to PS99Dice or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to users.
Responsibility
Reasonable care will be taken to protect accounts and correct verified software errors. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer or data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
